Took my car here to take my alarm off. I've been having issues with my car dying on me since January, so I've been eliminating possible causes for that. One of the last things I took off was the alarm. Made an appt for my birthday at 1pm. Dropped it off and told the employee at the front desk what was going on with my car. Then I proceeded to have a nice birthday lunch at a restaurant that's about 20 minutes away. I am NOT kidding when I tell you that we were in the restaurant for probably about 15 minutes, when I received a call that my car was done! My family and I were still waiting for our food! 😂😂 So after eating, we headed back to get my car and when we got there, the employee proceeded to explain to me that upon working on the alarm he was able to figure out some possible culprits for my battery issues. In my eyes he didn't have to, but he did go above and beyond just "taking out an alarm from a car". He tried to help a troubled customer who desperately needs their car for work, find a solution to their problem. That's awesome and FANTASTIC customer service! Brought my existing Subwoofer & Amp setup to be professionally installed in my newer car. I could have done it myself, but wanted a cleaner, more professional and permanent setup. Needless to say, Audio XTC knocked it out of the park. Just over an hour for the install (would have taken me 3-4), and beautifully installed and tuned. With the lowest price for the job out of anyone in the area, I'd say it was most certainly worth the trip. Thank you for helping me take my car audio to the next level. Highly recommended!!!

Had amp and speaker upgrade done on my 2013 Street Glide, extremely happy with the results. Shop was clean and neat and the job was done as promised. Will definitely be back again to continue building this system. Thanks for a job well done.

Bad experience with a friends G35, he went in paying $1300 (just in labor and only parts were some wiring) not only did the front speakers not work but the installer also cracked my dashboard and even tried to super glue it back together! When I brought this up to the installer, he had the audacity to tell me it was already like that! What a horrible experience he even had to pay them the full $1300 to make sure he got his car back!!
